Staff are encouraged to nurture their own faith and understanding through opportunities such as further study in Religious Education and Theology, prayer and reflection, retreats and pilgrimages and other faith formation activities.
The college has a comprehensive three-year staff faith formation plan that nurtures the individual and collective faith formation needs of each staff member so that they can emulate and model Jesus Christ to our girls. The plan uses the Sydney Catholic Schools’ head, heart and hands approach to form:
- the person in knowledge of who Jesus Christ is, the Scriptures and Tradition
- a personal relationship with Jesus through a life of prayer, communal liturgy, contemplation and the sacraments
- the person to be Christ in the world, loving and serving through personal works of charity, social justice and selfless love.
