Our Catholic school is part of the Catholic Church. We work in partnership with our local parish and priests in order to enrich the spiritual life of the students, staff and families of our school, especially through the celebration of the Sacraments.
Mary MacKillop Catholic College works in close partnership with priests from the parishes of St Gertrude’s Smithfield, Our Lady of the Rosary Fairfield, Sacred Heart Cabramatta and Sacred Heart Villawood. Our local priests are an integral part of our community and are regularly involved in college life. Local priests celebrate Mass, the Sacrament of Reconciliation and other liturgies. They provide faith formation opportunities for both staff and students. Our college is also of the Archdiocese of Sydney Chaplaincy program. We unite with our priests to support parish initiatives, sacramental programs and parish events.
